THE ANGEL OF MERCY FOLDS HER WINGS.
“The French Revolution (May 5, 1789-) brought France the beginnings of democracy, equality of its citizens before the law, and a long-delayed end to “divine right” royal dictatorship. And it was by no means an isolated event. At roughly the time it was going on (1790-1801) there were other revolutions in Holland, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy —and of course in America. (Before our word democrat became popular in the American Colonies, it was born in Holland and brought up in Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Greece. “All of these agitations, upheavals, intrigues, and conspiracies,” says Professor R. T. Palmer of Princeton University a renowned specialist in the period, “were part of one great movement[1].”
Professor Palmer adds a most appropriate observation a few pages later. He says that a contemporary historian described this revolutionary era as an earthquake. John too had spoken of an “earthquake” in Revelation 11:13. “And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.” The choice of words is appropriate! (What would it take for the WORLD to give glory to the GOD of Heaven?)
The notorious French Revolution. In this whole revolutionary era, the French Revolution was outstanding for its hatred of Christianity and for its violence. During its bloody Reign of Terror, day after day for months dozens of men and women, sometimes daily fifty or sixty men and women – shopkeepers, and craftsmen and day laborers as well as nobles, royalty, and politicians – were decapitated by a falling-knife device recommended by Dr. J. I. Guillotine and named after him.
“No one was safe during the Terror, rich or poor. Everyone had a different idea about how far the Revolution ought to go, and anyone could be accused of disloyalty. There was no legal defense, sometimes scarcely a mock trial. Eventually even Maximilien Robespierre, the Terror’s principal promotor, became one of the last terrified victims.
Chapter I, THE PERIOD began “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way-in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only. ”
While Charles Dickens wallowed in metaphors, of communications from the “chickens” of the Cock-lane brood, of the English crown and People, from a congress of British subjects in America. It is to be understood, we have seen the effect of “earthquakes” like revolutions spring up in nations all around the world. The year 1989 stands out in particular, when the uprising of “Freedom of Speech” when a single man staged a contest between an armored tank on Tiananmen Square in China, Romania and others fell from the arms of U.S.S.R. Islands of British rule dissolved into separate countries, even Indonesia framed its own government.
THE TALE OF TWO CITIES continues to be a road map of countries seeking to govern themselves, rather than being puppets of another. However, in England there was peace, while the French wages war against the church, another revolution was coming out of ones searching for “Freedom of religion.” From May 5, 1789 two hundred years later in 1989, Nations seem to be pivoting to try their own form of government, without intervention from their neighboring nations. Can democracy survive for four years of time by the voice of the people? Even if that means shifting the vote every eight years?
Not until the Bible opened with “Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!” sounding by an all seeing eye of God in Revelation 8:13 did we hear the vision of John, given to him by Jesus in 95 A.D.
Turning to Revelation 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. Rev 8:2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. Rev 8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. Rev 8:4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand. Rev 8:5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thundering’s, and lightning’s, and an earthquake. Rev 8:6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
Before the “Revolution” could come, the High Priest in heaven threw down the “coals of fire,” the Holy Spirit rejected, brings the darkness. All had slept. The Bridegroom is coming! Anciently God’s people did not take to heart the warnings of God. Isaiah 63:7 “I will mention the loving kindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses. Isa 63:8 For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour. Isa 63:9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old. Isa 63:10 But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.
The prophecy that begins with THE SILENCE OF GOD, in the first chapter, is now heard as the Voice of Many Waters, the voice of many peoples, nations, cultures, of the inhabited world in space! “WOE, WOE, WOE.”
“But many Christian expositors, including Martin Luther, the great Reformer; Joseph Mede, the Cambridge University professor who helped revive premillennialism (see pages 515-530 GOD CARES II, by C. Mervyn Maxwell); and Sir Isaac Newton, the famous scientist, have seen tremendous military, cultural, religious, an economic impact Islam has had on Christianity and Christian nations for thirteen hundred years since its rise in the 600s, this third interpretation deserves our serious attention.”
The location of the 5th and 6th Trumpets points to the Middle East and particularly the region of the Euphrates. Rev 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. Rev 9:12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. Rev 9:13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Rev 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. Rev 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
We have come to see that in trumpet imagery, a “third” of something represents a specific entity in this case: Rev_12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. The dragon, the old serpent, the devil has a King, whose name means The DESTROYER, in Revelation 9:11.
This great religion of “unbelief in God,” is again raising its head! A third part, is repeated and repeated in the last prophecies, given by Jesus to His Disciple, John on the Island of Patmos in 95 A.D. Why hasn’t the Seventh Day Adventist Church, read this book, GOD CARES I AND GOD CARES II, because GOD DOES CARE! Why must I a student of the mystery of God, be the only one, who seems to CARE about Our Messiah?
How can I be the only daughter of God, who seeks to know His will for us today, is to give THE GOSPEL: He came, He lived, He died, He rose again, He is coming again!
I hang my head and cry! She folds her wings and gives up! The Holy Spirit is being denied by the very church, who was among the first to ordain women as ministers. God calls us all, men, women and children to be His Sons and Daughters in His Royal Priesthood.
I do not wish to be condemned by what I condone. I do not condone the church of Laodicea who uses its leadership to silence the voice of Our Messiah and His prophecy of the rise of Islam, even of 9-11-2001, in New York City and Washington D. C. with His Prophetess Ellen White and C. Mervyn Maxwell plus the Voice of Thunder, coming from Heaven, by God Himself and Jesus Christ, Our Messiah!
I cannot attend a church that does not allow freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Trying to silence the voice of Jesus, is to me like the Jews wanting to silence the Voice of Prophecy, written in Isaiah…there was no one to comfort Him, he had to walk with those who did not understand his mission, was and is, to all the world, who believe in Him, shall have Eternal Life.
Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Why then are the Preachers, teaching “Righteousness by faith” while destroying the voice of their Prophetess and Prophet, who point us back to the Bible and the VOICE OF OUR MESSIAH, JESUS?
Will they deny their status as the Remnant Church with the Gift of Prophecy, while they deny THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS and slay His Prophetess and Prophet? How can I make sense of this terrible sin against My Jesus and his Disciple John? Is their pride so strong, they will deny the Testimony of the man, they are trying to silence? The man willing to die to save you and me? How can this be?
History is doomed to repeat! It is even compelling to be repeated. Rev 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Rev 10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
I do not wish to be condemned by what I condone, even if that means leaving the generations of women, who have built, cooked, woven, and lived in my life as examples of Holiness, Faith and Joy in knowing Their Saviour! While men, think they can replace the place of women in our church, with “themselves.” I never saw this day would come, but Jesus did!

THE GOVERNMENT OF GOD WILL BE WATCHED WITH INTENSE INTEREST
November 12, 1902: “The time is nearing when the great crisis in the history of the world will have come, when every movement in the government of God, will be watched with intense interest and inexpressible apprehension. In quick succession the judgments of God will follow one another, fire, flood and earthquakes, with war and bloodshed. MICHAEL SHALL STAND UP
In India, China, Russia, and the cities of America, thousands of men and women are dying of starvation. The moneyed men, because they have the power, control the market. They purchase at low rates all they can obtain, and then sell at greatly increased prices. This means starvation to the poorer classes, and will result in a civil war. There will be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation. “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation, even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book. . . . Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.”—MS 114, 1899. MR No. 325 1899
SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN IN NEW YORK CITY
August 3, 1903, “How comes the word that I have declared that New York is to be swept away by a tidal wave. This I have never said. I have said, as I looked at the great buildings going up there, story after story: ‘What terrible scenes will take place when the Lord shall arise to shake terribly the earth! Then the words of Rev. 18:1-3 will be fulfilled.’ The whole for the eighteenth chapter of Revelation is a warning of what is coming on the earth. But I have no light in particular in regard to what is coming on New York, only I know that one day the great buildings there will be thrown down by the turning and overturning of God’s power. From the light given me, I know that destruction is in the world. One word from the Lord, one touch of His mighty power, and these massive structures will fall. P.S. The misuse of this prophecy has been used to create MOVIES and BLOCKBUSTERS! New York City destroyed by a “mountain on fire” an asteroid instead of four airplanes on fire. GOD IS NOT THE DESTROYER! It’s nautical use of metaphors which include the Bible Symbol of Satan, the destroying mountain spoken of by Jeremiah, appeals to those who surf with wind, and men who pilot ships on the sea!
SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN TO DESTROY CITIES
“In the night I was, I thought, in a room but not in my own house. I was in a city, where I knew not, and I heard expression after expression. I rose up quickly in bed, and saw from my window large balls of fire. Jetting out were sparks, in the form of arrows, and buildings were being consumed, and in a very few minutes the entire block of buildings was falling and the screeching and mournful groans came distinctly to my ears. I cried out, in my raised position, to learn what was happening: Where am I? And where are our family circle? Then I awoke. But I could not tell where I was for I was in another place than home. I said, “Oh Lord, where am I and what shall I do? It was a voice that spoke, “Be not afraid. Nothing shall harm you.”
“I was instructed that destruction hath gone forth upon cities. The word of the Lord will be fulfilled. Isaiah 29:19-24 was repeated.” It is time to get out of the cities!
As a child I remember eating lunch at Dr. Dahls’ house. His daughters were our age and our friends. The men retired to the living room and began talking about the enemy that would come down to destroy Israel, from “the North.” Recently home from WW II, my day and the doctor were discussing the opening of Daniel, that would bring an enemy again.
“I think it might be Russia.” My dad said. A student of prophecy and the prophetess Ellen White, these men of God, worked with the world during the week, then came together after lunch on Saturday to be with their children and discuss this very topic.
“Look, your children enjoy this discussion.” Dr. Dahl commented, as his daughters were not there, but my sisters and I were.
Do you take time to talk to your children, about the prophecies being rapidly fulfilled, before He comes? Do they know about the warning, to get out of the cities? Especially those along the coast?
When my girlfriend sent her first email, she said, “It’s like sending up a prayer. You don’t know where it goes. But it gets there.” When Louie talked with God, she sent up a prayer, and we know He heard her. Because after 16 years of being separated from her husband, they have been reunited, to enjoy so many family gatherings of their family and friends!
The “incense” made to be mixed with the “blood of the lamb” and taken into the Most Holy, was never to be duplicated, by any man, on condition of death. Its contents were known only by the apothecary . It’s unique quality made the “smoke” go “straight up” to God. The use of “incense” to other gods, is an offence to God the Father, when we mix with the blood of Jesus, that would mean, we are prostituting Jesus, to be “the sacrifice again” with our prayers. This is unthinkable to me.
It is my belief, that we can “crucify Jesus Christ” by denying His Holy Spirit. The test of a true prophet or prophetess, is for them to point us back to the Bible. The Testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy. Rev_19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

PROPHECY OF NEW YORK WRITTTEN IN 1904
February 15, 1904,-“When I was last in New York, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify their owners and builders. Higher and still higher these buildings rose, and in them the most costly material was used. Those to whom these buildings belonged were not asking themselves: “How can we best glorify God?” The Lord was not in their thoughts.
I thought: “Oh, that those who are thus investing their means could see their course as God sees it! They are piling up magnificent buildings, but how foolish in the sight of the Ruler of the universe is their planning and devising. They are not studying with all the powers of heart and mind how they may glorify God. They have lost sight of this, the first duty of man.”
As these lofty buildings went up, the owners rejoiced with ambitious pride that they had money to use in gratifying self and provoking the envy of their neighbors. Much of the money that they thus invested had been obtained through exaction, through grinding down the poor. They forgot that in heaven an account of every business transaction is kept; every unjust deal, every fraudulent act, is there recorded. The time is coming when in their fraud and insolence men will reach a point that the Lord will not permit them to pass, and they will learn that there is a limit to the forbearance of Jehovah.
The scene that next passed before me was an alarm of fire. Men looked at the lofty and supposedly fire-proof buildings and said: “They are perfectly safe.” But these buildings were consumed as if made of pitch. The fire engines could do nothing to stay the destruction. The firemen were unable to operate the engines.
I am instructed that when the Lord’s time comes, should no change have taken place in the hearts of proud, ambitious human beings, men will find that the hand that had been strong to save will be strong to destroy. No earthly power can stay the hand of God. No material can be used in the erection of buildings that will preserve them from destruction when God’s appointed time comes to send retribution on men for their insolence and their disregard of His law.” Life Sketches by Ellen G. To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hard-pressed and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall be enraged, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, gloom of anguish; and they shall be driven into darkness.”
